The personal data provided through this form will be processed by Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Fundación Bancaria – Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Banku Fundazioa and BBK Fundazioa, (both BBK), as data controller, with FIN G-48412720 and G-48644371, respectively and registered address on Gran Vía 19-21, 48001 Bilbao, with the purpose of attending to your registration application and meeting capacities.
The legal base that legitimizes this processing is your informed consent at the time of filing the application. The data will be processed with this purpose throughout the time the initiative lasts. You may prevent the use of these by setting you email manager or programme to prevent the automated downloading of images, as well as not accessing the links contained in the emails you receive.

In every communication, the user may oppose receiving this type of information via specific mechanisms to unsubscribe, as well as request, where appropriate, your right to withdraw consent, opposition or deletion.

Your data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely until you exercise your rights of opposition, deletion, or withdraw your consent.
You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability or withdraw your consent at any time via postal mail to the address indicated or email to a protecciondedatos@bbk.eus, submitting a copy of your ID or equivalent document, identifying yourself as user of the BBK website and specifying your request. If you consider your data protection rights have been infringed upon, you may submit a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
